Committees
Prayer & Worship Committee
The Prayer & Worship Committee and its Seasonal Planning Sub-Committee plan, coordinate, implement and evaluate the Sunday liturgies and the celebrations of the Sacraments. The committee also communicates with and educates the parish community, the liturgical ministers, and the committee members themselves. Monthly meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month, September through June, at 6:30 p.m. and are open to all parishioners.
Human Concerns Committee
To lovingly build a world of peace and justice in the name of Jesus Christ is the central command of the Gospel. This committee discerns the needs of people in the parish and wider community, especially the poor, and identifies resources to meet those needs, enlisting the active cooperation of parish members. Opportunities are offered to help fulfill the justice dimensions of scripture and our Church tradition, acknowledging that every Christian is called to service and to work for justice.
Cemetery Board
The St. Anthony Cemetery Chairperson, in conjunction with the Pastor, administers our parish cemetery in accordance with the established by-laws. Grave lots are available for purchase by registered parishioners only. Contact Larry Claas (262)253-0244
Finance Committee
The Finance Committee has the responsibility of overseeing the financial management of the parish. The committee determines banking and investment strategies, establishes accounting controls, and coordinates the parish budget. Our membership consists of talented individuals, knowledgeable and experienced in the areas of management and finance, who have a commitment to the faith community. This committee meets at 6 pm in the CFC on the last Tuesday of each month.
Stewardship Committee
Recognizing that all of us are blessed by God both spiritually and materially, the mission of St. Anthony's Stewardship Committee is to foster a spirituality of thanksgiving and biblical stewardship within our parish community through internal decisions.
Respect Life Committee
St. Anthony's Respect Life Committee are parishioners committed to upholding the fundamental right to life and the Catholic teaching on the dignity of life from conception to natural death. Our mission calls us to prayerfully discern an active means of building the culture of life within our parish and the various communities we impact through prayer, education, service, and political action. You are invited to take an active role in promoting the mission of St. Anthony's Respect Life Committee. There is a Respect Life table in the gathering space. Please join us for a meeting the third Wednesday of every month at 7 p.m. in the CFC building.
