The Ministers of Hospitality here at Saint Anthony have determined their role to be that of representing the spirit of Saint Anthony's faith community. Their role in serving is to create a Christian atmosphere for all who come to worship.

Their place at the entrances of the Church normally allows Ushers/Greeters the privilege of making the first official contact with those who gather for the Eucharist Assembly. Here, the Ushers’/Greeters’ role is critical in creating an atmosphere of hospitality and friendliness among the members of the assembly.

As the Church is people gathered in Christ, Ushers and Greeters therefore, ought to be people-oriented.
Men and women of all ages are encouraged to join this important ministry.
