Christian Formation

The St. Anthony Christian Formation Program serves more than 300 children in our parish each year.  A special THANK YOU goes to all of the adults and teens who volunteer to make this ministry not only possible but also successful.  Please consider donating your time and talent to helping our young parishioners grow in their Catholic Faith.  Thank You!

What do Catechists Do?

  • Catechists help students develop as Catholic Christians and make faith part of their lives by teaching our Catholic Faith Tradition, sharing Scripture Stories, and inviting students into prayer, the Sacraments and participation in parish life.
  • Catechists open the window of opportunity for religious experiences to happen...  the Holy Spirit does the rest.
  • Materials, training and support are provided.

We recognize that parents are the first and primary models of faith for their children.  Knowing this, we support families by providing a Christian community where children can learn more, and develop a greater understanding and appreciation for their Catholic faith.
